Lyssa temple in orr gives you exo magi trinkets (rings, amulets accesories etc) but if you want ascended, you need to buy em for raid tokens. Also, they drop sometimes in fractals. Do 40 fotm farm and you can get salvageable ones. You can get 2 magi accesories from dungeoneer collections though (arah and hotw if i remember right) level 2.

Instead of working with Crests of the Soldier/Shaman/Rabid/Magi, Anet could instead go through the time it takes to create an equivalent tier (4),(5),6 gemstone (Shard, Crystal, Orb), kind of like what they did with almost every new stat combination they put in the game.
