Its a great part of Downtown Los Angeles and from what I've heard it's the largest Jewelry District in the United States. You'll find anything you're looking for and have a great time doing it. May 26, 2021 · We were certainly not fans of downtown Los Angeles, but Icing on Ring stood out as the best option there. They had a phenomenal inventory of setting options and an interesting diamond selection. Be sure to limit yourself to GIA-certified diamonds and feel free to contact us for an opinion on a specific diamond.
