May 13, 2010 · Most loupes are adjustable, but have a fairly short eye relief so I can't use one while wearing glasses. Most high-quality loupes have adjustable focus. You should have no problem if your prescription is within +/- two diopters. If you have to raise the loupe 3/4", that might be a problem - the focusing helix would have to be at least that long.
