The Jewel Chao used does not matter. You use any Jewel colour with a specific regular colour and you will get the Chao shown below. The best way to think of this is as a Shiny [coloured] Chao with a Jewel coating (rather than a Jewel Chao with a Shiny coating, which is impossible).

If you want a list and pictures of all the Jewel Chao now, just read on. You can transfer the Chao egg from the GBA to the GameCube by getting a GBA/GCN Link Cable and going into the Chao Transporter on the GC and selecting "Pick Up". You can pick up all the rings, eggs, Chao and fruits in the Tiny Chao Garden on GBA if you choose.

Besides hacking, I'm pretty sure you cannot get any jewel chao. However, I think someone is making a save editor so you can transfer over chao from SA1 HD. I don't get A's, I get S's!
