Mar 10, 2015 · The absolute best way to jewel a bolt is with a fixture, press, and Vise. Polish the bolt quick with some 600 grit wetdry (don't go crazy) and your ready to begin. To make the actual jewels you use small abrasive rods (cratex rods at brownells). Personally if your not gonna do it to turn a profit, I would just send them out.
