Aug 21, 2009 · I own many pieces of Coach jewelry, from bangles (non-hinged) to some of the sterling necklaces and GP brass ones. I have never had a quality issue. Because Coach is a leather good maker, and not a jeweler, they do not provide an actual repair for their jewelry(it is a licensed product).
