Unless you have diamond knowledge - don't buy. Jewellers in Siam Paragon, Emporium are o.k. But buy a sealed packet with GIA, HRD certificate. Diamonds have a world market price, and are listed weekly in Rapaport list (only for te trade). Thailand is not the place to buy diamonds as they are often more expensive here. Diamonds are not mined here nor cut in Thailand.
