Feb 17, 2012 · Brendan Adair-Smith was born in Adelaide. Studied Jewellery Design at University of South Australia before working as a Design Associate at Jam Factory Contemporary Craft and Design. Currently resides in Melbourne where he continues to produce work for exhibition and commission.

Brendan Adair-Smith began as an architectural model-maker and then studied jewellery at the University of South Australia. Recently, he has lectured in netsuke carving. In Febuary 2001 Brendan completed two years as a design associate at the Jam Factory Contemporary Craft & Design Inc, Adelaide, where he continues to work as a tenant with the Metal Design Studio.

His work has been acquired by Toowoomba Regional Art Gallery in 2001, 2007, 2009 and 2011. Jennifer Martin has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Gold and Silversmithing from RMIT University as well as a Masters of Fine Art.
