I have purchased from bidz.com many times and had generally good experiences. The last purchase I made (the largest) was over $1000 and never delivered. Bidz.com has told me the package was delivered as well as Canada post, however I did not recieve any product. Bidz.com- I expected really poor quality jewelry from them; since you're paying $5 for something that might be worth $100. But I was pleasently suprised- the jewelry there looks really nice, they have very good customer service (24-hour online services!) and respond to questions very quickly.
