This is the mark for jewelry designer and maker Albert Scharning from Oslo, Norway. Scharning worked post WWII, circa 1950. This beautiful piece is in great condition. There is no damage to the enamel and it has not been polished or cleaned. It has an old "C" clasp and measures approximately 1-3/8"H x 1-5/8"W. It weighs 9.9 grams or 0.350 ounces.
